1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkrvip ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the pkrvip website located at https://pkrvip.cam and all associated services, gaming products, promotional offers and software provided thereunder.

pkrvip is an English-language online gaming platform operated under international licensing where applicable. The Platform does not claim authorization, licensing, regulation or endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution or payment provider.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. They supersede all prior versions. Users are advised to review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms apply:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Acceptance of these Terms also implies acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on pkrvip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your country, province or territory of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion register administered by the Platform or its licensing authority.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or terminated by pkrvip for breach of these Terms.

pkrvip reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Platform's reasonable satisfaction.

5 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and, where fraud is suspected, referral to the relevant authorities.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkrvip will never contact you to request your password. Any session initiated using your valid credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and pkrvip accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use where the User has failed to maintain credential security.

6 KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations, pkrvip is required to verify the identity, age and source of funds of its Users. By registering, you consent to this verification process.

KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., national identity card, passport or driver's licence).
• A utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document confirming residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where requested.
• A selfie with the identity document or a live biometric verification step where required by the Platform's compliance procedures.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. pkrvip reserves the right to withhold funds pending verification and to close Accounts where verification is refused or documentation is found to be fraudulent.

7 Deposits & Payments

Deposits are accepted via payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where configured accordingly. Payment references familiar to Pakistani players — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information only. These providers do not endorse, sponsor or affiliate with pkrvip, and their availability as active deposit channels must be confirmed in the live cashier at the time of use.

All funds deposited must originate from payment instruments held legally in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited. pkrvip reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend Accounts where the source of funds raises AML concerns.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may change from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the cashier. pkrvip does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkrvip bears no responsibility.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of confirmed withdrawable Balance are processed subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification to the Platform's required standard.
• Satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• The withdrawal amount meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected method.
• No pending investigations, disputes or Account restrictions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to comply with AML return-of-funds obligations. Where this is not possible, alternative methods may be offered subject to additional verification. Processing times vary by method and are published in the cashier.

pkrvip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds. Processing of such requests may be delayed pending the satisfactory outcome of such checks. The Platform will not be liable for losses arising from withdrawal processing delays where those delays result from legitimate compliance procedures.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available on pkrvip are subject to individual promotion terms published at the point of offer. These Terms govern all aspects of bonus operation unless explicitly superseded by the specific promotion terms. In the event of conflict, the more specific promotion terms prevail.

Key bonus mechanics applicable across all standard offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 20x, 30x) before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, individual wager amounts must not exceed the maximum bet limit stated in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%) or be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the expiry window stated in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions cap the amount of winnings that may be withdrawn. Winnings in excess of the cap are removed before the withdrawal is processed.

pkrvip reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotional offer at any time, and to void bonus claims made in breach of these Terms or in a manner that constitutes promotional abuse.

10 Game Rules & Fairness

All games on pkrvip operate using certified random-number generation (RNG) or verifiable provably-fair mechanisms, as applicable to the game type. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are published on individual game pages.

Game outcomes are determined at the point of completion of each round and cannot be altered retroactively. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, the affected round will be declared void and any wagered amounts returned to the player's Account. pkrvip is not liable for any purported winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error.

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events — are governed by the market-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement. Where events are abandoned, postponed, or results are subject to official amendment, pkrvip's sports-betting rules will apply as published.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity (money laundering).
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus structures.
• Claiming bonuses in a manner designed to circumvent promotion terms ("bonus abuse").
• Facilitating access to the Platform by minors or any ineligible person.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

pkrvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• The Account is implicated in fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirements necessitate cessation of services in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed by pkrvip without fault on the part of the User, any confirmed withdrawable Balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to successful KYC completion and AML checks. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and will not be returned in any circumstance.

13 Responsible Gambling

pkrvip is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Cap the maximum net loss permitted in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Set reminders or hard session cut-offs.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Marketing communications cease during any exclusion period.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrvip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content, software and data — is the property of pkrvip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, framed, scraped or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of pkrvip.

Third-party trademarks and brand names referenced on the Platform — including payment provider references — remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this Platform does not imply endorsement of pkrvip.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvip and its directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors exclude all liability for:

• Gambling losses incurred as a result of using the Platform's Services.
• Interruptions, technical errors or downtime affecting access to games or cashier functions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from failure to maintain credential security.
• Inaccurate information provided by the User during registration or KYC.
• Legal consequences arising from a User's breach of applicable local law by accessing the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, pkrvip's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the value of the withdrawable Account Balance held at the time of the relevant claim.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrvip holds its applicable operating license. Specific licensing jurisdiction details are published separately where applicable.

pkrvip does not claim that use of its Services is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent legislation or regulatory guidance affecting online gambling. This document does not constitute legal advice. Users are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of their participation.

17 Amendments to These Terms

pkrvip reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided via a notice displayed on the Platform or, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised on each amendment. Users are advised to review this page periodically.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any confirmed withdrawable Balance, subject to KYC and AML requirements.
